Doug has been the owner of Done-Rite Tire & Auto since its inception in 1995. His primary role is to provide guidance and direction to his Service Manager, and to oversee all aspects of operations. As a businessman, Doug wears many hats during the work day, but still enjoys performing technical work as time permits.
Darryl Roberts, Service Manager

Darryl oversees the activities and operations of the repair shop. Darryl is the point of contact for residential and commercial customers, and is ultimately responsible for the customer’s experience at Done-Rite Tire & Auto.
Phil Spicer, Service Advisor

Phil is the newest addition to Done-Rite Tire & Auto’s Management Team. Phil’s primary function is to assist in the provision of customer service. He works alongside Darryl to ensure the customer’s experience at Done-Rite Tire & Auto is positive.

Russell is the drivability and electrical repair specialist. With a multitude of dealer training courses to his credit, Russell is qualified to perform specialty services as well as general vehicle repairs.
Kevin Hurley, Licensed Technician

Kevin is a dealer-trained technician who performs routine vehicle repairs. His primary functions include wheel alignments, electrical and drivability repairs, brakes and front-end work.
Fred Keller, Licensed Technician

Fred is a dealer-trained technician who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Done-Rite Tire & Auto. He specializes in under carriage repairs, larger fleet repair and diesel engine repair.
Martin Waskil, Apprentice Technician

Martin began his career at Done-Rite Tire & Auto as a tire specialist, making him extremely well versed with all tire models in Done-Rite Tire & Auto’s inventory. Currently, Martin is apprenticing to earn his license as a Technician.
Dustin Cole, Apprentice Technician

Dustin is the newest member of Done-Rite Tire & Auto’s technical team. Similar to Martin, Dustin is apprenticing to earn his license as a Technician.
David Eastwood, Tire Department Manager

David is a tire specialist at Done-Rite Tire & Auto. He is knowledgeable with all models of tires in Done-Rite Tire & Auto’s inventory and can effectively provide customers with tire recommendations to suit their vehicle needs.
Clint Lockwood, Tire Technician

Clint is the secondary tire specialist at Done-Rite Tire & Auto. He is the newest addition to the Tire Department.
Kim Gamache, Discount Rental Representative

Kim is responsible for all aspects of the customer’s experience with Discount Car and Truck Rental. She interacts with the customers, prepares all rental agreements and acts as the shuttle driver for customers as required.

The staff at Done-Rite Tire & Auto are full-time, non-unionized employees who collectively support the operations of the repair shop, the tire division, and Discount Car and Truck Rental. All employees are extremely loyal and dedicated to the provision of exceptional customer service.
